WHO WE HELP: Support for Solano County’s Most Vulnerable Mothers

We are here to provide comprehensive support to mothers facing immense challenges. You may qualify for our specialized programs if you are a Medi-Cal member in Solano County (through Partnership HealthPlan or Kaiser) and are dealing with any of the following situations:

• Facing Homelessness or Unstable Housing: Are you couch-surfing, living in a shelter, or about to be evicted? We provide support for mothers experiencing homelessness and can connect you to women’s transitional housing in Solano County to ensure your family has a safe place to stay.
